Frank Tsuro
Chairman
Frank is an Executive coach and consultant whose mission is to develop effective leaders. Leaders with vision, leaders who are authentic in their interest in people & their problems and leaders with courage to do what needs to be done. He is the Founder and Managing Consultant of FranklySpeaking, a Professional Services firm that offers consultancy services on people, culture and strategy to medium-sized businesses and corporates. For 5 years, he has served on the Executive of a multi-national organisation, overseeing the Southern African region. He also led a team of Ambassadors and Technical Guides during the change management process of the biggest change in the education programme in the history of the organisation globally.
Mduduzi Mthanti
Non Executive Member
Mduduzi Mthanti is Head of IT Operations for Investment Bank in South Africa and has been in the Information Technology (IT) industry for over 15 years. Mduduzi is also a Businessman, Director of Hexad Property Investments Pty (Ltd), and runs a vending machine business. In addition to business, Mduduzi is a Founder of Young Minds Academy which is an initiative to upskill scholars, youth and young professionals with personal development and leadership skills through coaching. Mduduzi has been a mentor to tertiary students for 10 years and most of the students he mentored are working and doing well for themselves. Aside, he is also an Master of Ceremonies (MC), public speaker a coach and mentoring to business startups.
James Ramakau
Non Executive Member
Dr James Ramakau is a Senior Human Resources Manager at AngloGold Ashanti Limited and his area of work includes the execution of the people strategy, transformation and change management initiatives. He has more than 13 years’ experience specialising in human resources, talent management, people effectiveness and industrial psychological services in a variety of industries including mining, manufacturing, and education. James holds a Phd in Industrial Psychology from UKZN. He is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and a Chartered HR Professional with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) and a Distinguished Toastmaster.
